1. About us
KIROONEY is a furniture brand selling home furniture to customers in the European Union. You can contact us through our contact form.
2. Products and availability
We take care to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials and colours. Natural materials vary in tone and grain, and screens can display colours differently. Products are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The total price you pay, including delivery costs, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated lead times are shown at checkout. Delivery is to the address you provide, and risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. For large or fragile items, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please check that the item will fit through your door, hallway and stairwell before ordering.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a carrier acting on your behalf, other than our delivery partner) receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, simply tell us through our contact form. You then have 14 days from the day you tell us to send the goods back.
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree to arrange a collection. If you would like an estimate before returning a large or fragile item, please contact us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Exceptions: the right to withdraw does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items, or to other goods excluded under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

8. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged in transit or is faulty, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, including the cost of returning the item where the fault is ours.
Late reporting does not remove your statutory rights, but it may limit what we can do with the carrier, so please tell us promptly. As an EU consumer you also benefit from a legal guarantee of at least two years for faulty goods.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by KIROONEY or used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written consent.
10. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us. We are not responsible for loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first through our contact form and we will try to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact your national consumer protection authority.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the country in which KIROONEY is established. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
